How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bed is large and cozy. First, when we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk because they couldn’t find the reservation. After that, they gave us a room with a broken TV, a Bluetooth that didn’t work, and some lights that also didn’t work. The bathtub is small, even though the reservation had selected a room with a large bathtub.

The room I rented had a bathtub as shown in the photos, but the actual setup included a wooden onsen instead.

The stay was disappointing from the start: the room had a tiny old wooden bathtub, we switched rooms, then almost everything malfunctioned—TV remote was broken, AC remote had no batteries, and getting ice at reception took over an hour; I don’t recommend it. We didn’t like anything.

The room was spacious with a great bathtub, perfect for relaxing after traveling alone. I forgot my mosquito repellent, and there was some noise until 23:00, but I’ll come back when I return to Tubarão.
