Customer service was horrible – had to book elsewhere because they claimed they couldn’t find our reservation, yet they still charged us for a room we never stayed in.

Customer service was horrible. I paid for an extra night, but when my crew arrived they said they didn’t have that confirmation number, yet we were still charged, so now I have to fight it.

The place was spotless and the staff were on top of everything, though the pool was still closed for the season, which wasn’t a huge issue.

I stopped by this hotel for a night to visit the Shiloh Military Battlefield, and I was pleased to find it in a great location - close to the battlefield and with some convenient amenities like bars, restaurants, and a Dollar General nearby. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and modern room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
