The property is calm and lovely with a swimming pool and a very nice garden. Checking in was late (17 h instead of 15 h) and we had to wait two hours outside the building. The host informed us late that she was short of staff. Breakfast was mediocre. We stayed three nights, but the room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed.

The host was very kind, the place was peaceful and well‑situated, and the nearby bus stop gave easy access to the 5 Terres and La Spezia center. The only downside was that the bathroom linens weren’t changed midway through our 5‑night stay, only on the day before we left.

The location of the hotel is great! It’s only a ~25 minute walk away from the train station and the surrounding village is quiet and absolutely beautiful. There are few restaurants near by, and the bus runs close to the hotel. We felt very safe and welcomed in this place. The hotel is run by a cute family, you’ll see many of them around the property as they live there as well. Everything was just perfect!
