The place is pretty, clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the restaurant is very good, and the food is delicious. They advertised a pool that didn’t work, the water was very cold and dirty, and you couldn’t get in, even though they claimed it was a heated pool. The spa service offers a steam bath that also doesn’t work; only the massage is available, but the charge is for the entire spa service, which doesn’t function.

We really liked the hotel; it’s in a good location and very pleasant. The only issue was not knowing how to set the TV channels, but everything else was excellent.

The service and staff, particularly Sergio, were absolutely top-notch and deserving of a 10 out of 10 rating. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant, and I couldn't be more grateful.

The restaurant was a highlight of my stay, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. However, my experience was marred by a poorly functioning shower, a non-working phone in my room, and the constant noise from adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to relax.
