“Would have been good if I only got charged once.”
I was charged twice for my stay and nobody has resolved the issue yet.
“Terrible service”
I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all. A lady who worked around 4:00 pm on Saturday had a bad attitude, told me I had to pay an extra $120 because the booking wasn’t working, and claimed that fee wasn’t the one we had agreed on, so I’d owe another $120. I refused to pay. When I received my confirmation, she said they weren’t obligated to honor it and then canceled my stay. She also tried to charge my locked Cash App card and refused to let me check in, insisting I pay another $120. I’m now out $95.97 that was charged for the hotel, never got to stay, and the trip for my grandchildren to swim and have fun never happened.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I arrived, I was frustrated by the confusing navigation and the staff's unhelpfulness. Upon check-in, I was told I couldn't use my third-party booking and had to cancel it, which was already a hassle. The room was in a deplorable state, with a dirty toilet, a nasty bathtub, and a bug infestation. I had to clean the room myself, which was unacceptable.
The price was reasonable, but my key kept locking me out whenever I left my room, there were dead flies in the room, and the Jacuzzi wasn’t working.
