The key didn't work, so I had to return to the lobby to get another one. It still didn't work, and the manager had to try the room door. Still no success, so he had to leave. I went back to the lobby for a new room and ended up waiting in the hallway for about an hour total, I think. I can't tell how to do their job.

The price was right and the location was perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. There was nothing that I didn't like.

I’ve always wanted to stay at Tru, and the hotel was nice, but I wasn’t happy with a few things, especially the lack of microwaves in the room. There was no body wash, only hand soap, and I usually bring my own, so that was inconvenient. I also found a few hairs on the towels. The front desk staff were great, the kitchen guy was friendly, but the breakfast was not so good. When I had an issue with the pancake maker, he was very snappy with me.
