The place felt magical and peaceful, the food was incredible, and the staff made us feel super comfortable. We rented bikes and a scooter, and they even gave us a massage in the room. One of the staff members, whom I didn’t ask her name, gave us beautiful words of encouragement and a life‑lesson message. I’ll recommend this to family and friends!🫶🏽

The hotel is a haven of peace. Its slightly remote location is perfect. The pool and the views from the rooms are especially enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to ask for rooms on the quieter floors. Breakfast is excellent, and everyone working at the hotel is attentive. Also, try the dishes prepared on site; it was an excellent stay. Nothing to add.

The staff are extremely kind, more helpful and friendly than I’ve ever seen; you feel at home, they trust guests deeply, and they did a lot of service for us, even helping with some of our reservations. Room 19 is gorgeous! (Some have better views than others.) With an extra fee, you can keep the room until the evening, which is handy if you’re catching a night train. Bikes are available on site. The only downside is that Tam Coc center isn’t right next door; a taxi is pretty useful.

The family welcomed us warmly, gave a thorough explanation of points of interest around Ninh Binh, and provided motorcycle rentals. Nothing else.
