The operators were very friendly and attentive, showing interest in visitors and their wishes; a drink store and Rewe/Aldi are within walking distance; the hotel has its own bus stop, making it well connected to public transport. However, there could be one or two more pillows or thinner blankets in the rooms; the hotel is quite old, with occasional cracks in the walls of the dining hall—this adds charm and did not bother us, but it may not suit everyone; the operators make a great effort, which balances this out.
