Everything was bad. The facilities were dirty, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with a worn mattress and pillows, the bathroom looked like it was from the 80s, the towels were terrible and overused, the breakfast was cold and consisted of a plain egg, bread, and lentil rice—an awful experience I would not recommend to anyone. There was no shampoo, no fridge in the room, and the rooms lacked utensils.

Not many positives, but there were some good people. That was the only thing. The facilities needed more cleanliness, though the food was okay. The kids fell ill from poorly handled food, especially the chicken.

The location is very good and the staff’s warmth is super welcoming, but the breakfast is very poor and the room cleaning is mediocre; if you don’t ask, they won’t change the towels.
