The service was spectacular, everyone was very attentive and polite. The food left something to be desired; the three of us are feeling ill from food poisoning. Other than that, we liked it a lot.

The place was cool, clean, organized, with plenty to do, a fantastic bed, helpful staff, varied food, and extremely clean bathrooms. They said they "accept pets," so we brought our small dog, but the options for pets were extremely limited: there were very few areas where the pet could go. We missed the June festival because there was no place to leave the dog. They could create a pet area because "you can't leave the dog alone in the room, you can't bring them to the leisure areas, you can't have them at events, you can't…". In short: DON'T BRING YOUR PET!

It was absolutely amazing for kids, with multiple indoor and outdoor play areas and two pools, one of which had hot water. The staff was always helpful, the recreation team was outstanding, especially Tio Panda, and the chalet was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The chalet stairs were not safe for young kids, so we had to keep the little ones from going to the upper floor. Also, the hotel area is very large and mostly hilly, so walking around was not easy; we mostly used the car to go from the chalet to the restaurant and the leisure area.

The hotel’s structure, leisure facilities, child recreation, and food were all great. We liked everything.

I found a place that offers a dance club, a bouncy castle, a science room, outdoor activities, and a wave pool. The accommodation itself is basic, everything looks old, the bathroom is cramped with a drying rack right at the box entrance, and it feels more like a simple lodge. Drinking is forbidden in the heated pool, which makes no sense. The lunch is plain, lacking variety and sophistication; it’s not bad, but don’t expect luxury, and for those reasons it should be cheaper.
