I was shocked when the hotel denied me check-in, and to add insult to injury, they had the audacity to ask me to book the room offline at a higher rate. It was a ridiculous and frustrating experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. I was expecting a seamless check-in process, but what I got was a hassle.
