I liked the welcome drink that included alcohol, the on‑sen, and the breakfast service from the staff, but the location left something to be desired.

This hotel was super convenient and easy to use - I was exhausted from walking all day, so the hot spring was a total lifesaver. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. My only concern was that the air quality wasn't the best - the air purifier looked a bit grimy, and the aircon seemed a bit old. I'm not sure if they clean the aircon regularly, but it was a bit worrisome.

“Not bad value for money for location but if tall or big cramped toilet facilities”

The hotel's proximity to Shin Osaka was a major plus, and the two public swimming pools were a great bonus. The staff were super helpful and friendly, but the tiny bathroom was a real challenge - I could barely move around in there. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse, with not a lot of space to sit and eat, but they did offer some tasty granola options.

The staff at this hotel were really helpful, especially when I got off the elevator and they told me where to go during a busy bath time.

“Cool facilities including a sauna. A bit far from station”

The open bar, sauna, and laundry facilities were all great perks, but the tiny room was a major letdown. The bunk bed was also a bit of a hassle, as it wasn't made up and I had to set it myself. Still, it was a good value for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
