“Great tropical stay”
A charming stay in the heart of the Amazon. The cabin was lovely, spacious, and had beautiful views, with the added bonus of feeling completely immersed in nature. The excursions were great fun, and there were plenty of good food options throughout our stay. A few areas could be improved. It would have been helpful to have a short pre-brief before each activity, including practical information on what to bring, what to expect, and anything we should be aware of. Some additional information in the room would also have been useful, such as what to do with used towels and the timings for when the electricity is turned off at night. It would also have been nice to have some information introducing the staff and explaining who was in charge, as well as a little more about the hotel’s eco-conscious efforts and how the property was founded. Having this information available in the room or in a welcome guide would have added to the experience and helped us better understand and appreciate the place
