The spot was convenient and the breakfast decent, but the non‑smoking room reeked of smoke, the hallway smelled awful, and the whole place felt dirty and shabby; I had to request a hand towel twice, the bed linens were filthy even after a replacement, and the bathroom was covered in hair and tile stains, giving the impression that the last deep clean was ages ago—far worse than budget hotels costing a third of the price, leaving a terrible impression of Best Western.
