How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot was great and parking was fine, but the room felt cramped, service lagged, a group of unruly teens kept the night noisy, and breakfast was mediocre and poorly served.

The grounds are spacious and full of greenery, and the pet park is very well equipped; however, the pool shuts down for an hour at midday because the lifeguard takes a lunch break and there’s no backup.

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast felt like a school cafeteria; the café con leche was poured from a pot as if it were soup, which I didn't like.

Everything matched the photos and was well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind, which made the experience great; we loved everything.
