The room and bed were spotless, but the air conditioner was busted, the advertised swimming pool was empty, and the room smelled bad when I first walked in. There was no elevator for our luggage, the Wi‑Fi was painfully slow, and the bathroom needed an overhaul.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, yet the pool stayed closed even though it was hot. Since the pool was the main reason for booking, paying the pool rates for nothing felt unfair; I could have found cheaper spots without a pool. My kid was upset, and overall the price was too high for a place that lacked the promised pool.
