How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

We didn’t get the room; we were cheated by the room owner who said we had few rooms and more bookings and didn’t give us a room. So we are moving legally in court. I had an exam day after booking and it was a very frustrating experience. We didn’t get a room—very bad, very bad, you cheated.
