“Hôtel bien situé”

The hotel is right in the centre and the room turned out to be surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly, gave us solid tips and were quick to help. Breakfast area had fruit and tea/coffee available, and we even found a tiny bottle of rosé waiting in the room. A mosquito net was a lifesaver with the few bugs around Kazanlak, plus a small balcony, strong air‑conditioning and a bidet in the bathroom. Nothing else to complain about—the room matched the description perfectly.

The place is clean and charming, with a pleasant outdoor area where you can actually see the mountains from the window. It feels like a family‑run hotel and the owners are genuinely helpful. It's within walking distance of everything, and the room even has a mini‑fridge, which was a relief during the heat.

The hotel is right in the centre, the rooms were clean and the front‑desk team was courteous. The only drawback was a lingering odor in the bathroom, probably because there’s no exhaust fan.
