“אכזבה גדולה”

Only the location was good. The communication with the host was lacking in a subtle way. Unfortunately, the host was absent and told us that her husband would receive us. The husband, who speaks almost no English, was less knowledgeable about hospitality. The temperature was over 30 °C, but there was no air conditioning. We asked if they could bring us a fan, but they replied they didn’t have one. It is needless to say that if you want to host optimally, you buy a fan. They asked us to use a fan and open windows at night, even though there were no screens. Also, we stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned the next day, and the towels were not changed. After we complained to the host, the husband brought us towels, but they had an unpleasant smell, so we preferred to use the towels from the first day. In addition, the curtains do not block the light, so we were woken by light in the morning.

A wonderful location outside Aosta, the property is beautiful with spacious and rustic rooms, and the outdoor area has a large garden with a gazebo and a very fresh water fountain. We were very happy.

The place is fantastic! The apartments look freshly renovated and had everything we needed. We booked the 2‑bedroom unit and it felt like a home away from home.
