The lift music was annoying, but the room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the bedding was unclean, and the staff seemed more interested in filming Instagram videos than helping us.

Honestly, not much to rave about here. The sheets were stained, the room felt stifling, and we only got one towel for two people - pretty basic stuff that wasn't quite up to par.
