The location of this hotel is great, with plenty of food options nearby. However, the lack of a lift is a major drawback, especially for people with mobility issues. We had to lug our bags up and down the stairs, which was a real hassle. The rooms themselves were okay, but the inconvenience of the stairs made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

This place has a fantastic location - it's super easy to get around and there are plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend it for its convenience.

If you're looking for a place to party in Penang, this hotel is perfect. The location is central, and there are plenty of bars and clubs nearby. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the local nightlife.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel's great location and comfortable rooms. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room itself was nice and clean. However, we did have a few issues with the wi-fi connection, and our room didn't have a window, which was a bit of a bummer.

Unfortunately, the room had some major drawbacks - there was no balcony, no window, and the soundproofing was pretty bad, which made it hard to relax. Not exactly the most romantic setup.
