There was a water dispenser, the service was pleasant and competent, the staff were young and engaged, and the dinner was tasty, but the location on a busy street was a drawback.

The breakfast was poor, and overall it doesn’t pay off.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff were friendly, but we knew the location was far from the centre, which was fine since we arrived by car and stayed only one night. The noise from nearby parking lots and a highway made the stay unpleasant. Parking prices in Poland are high, and I don’t understand why hotels charge so much for parking on their property. The hotel itself was already pricey for the quality of accommodation. The room and bathroom furnishings were worn and seemed less clean than our standards, and the red carpet stained our socks and feet. Breakfast was mediocre and the restaurant was crowded and noisy. I ordered a la carte dinner; my chosen dish was unavailable, and the pasta I finally ate was really bad, definitely not worth 70+ zł. When we asked the receptionist about sterilising baby equipment in a microwave, we were told the hotel had none, which was disappointing. The place only meets basic needs.
