The welcome was warm and the staff friendly, the place was calm with a beautiful setting near Valon Pont d'Arc; the AC was quite noisy and there was no toaster, but otherwise I was happy with the stay and the bed was comfortable.

We were really looking forward to exploring the south of Ardèche, and this gîte's location definitely delivered. The pool was a lovely bonus during the hot weather. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the poor state of maintenance - cobwebs, worn-out mosquito nets, a faulty fridge, and cluttered surroundings. It's a shame, as we've always had a great experience with Booking.

The location was perfect, but the old air conditioner was a major issue. It had a faulty return air vent, which fell from the ceiling, making the living room a sweltering 30 degrees Celsius when we returned from dinner. Not exactly ideal for a good night's sleep.

The emplacement, the pool, the view - this place had it all! And the moustiquaire was a nice touch. On the other hand, there was nothing to complain about.

We were blown away by the warm welcome from Jean, the owner. The gîte is situated in the heart of a 21-hectare organic olive farm, offering breathtaking views of the Ardèche countryside. It's not a 4-star resort, but the rustic charm and Provençal decor make up for it. We loved exploring the olive grove, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, and cooling off in the pool. Jean even took the time to show us around the farm and introduce us to his organic products.
