Nothing. Bedbugsand roaches. I have pictures. They charged me on site and refused to accept my booking dot com reservation. Booking dot com will not refund me. Not happy with the hotel or booking

There were no positives, and everything was terrible: the place felt like a roach motel, and the management was the worst part. They tried to deny me a stay because I’d booked online for $75 less than the front‑desk price.

Nothing positive, and the management was awful. They attempted to cancel my reservation because I’d booked online at a cheaper rate instead of paying at the front desk. Roaches were in the room and the lights had to stay on 24/7.

The staff was fantastic, always providing fresh towels and keeping the trash bins empty. However, people were fighting outside, moving furniture all night, and then the shower staff walked us up.
