There were no positives. I received a message around 3 pm confirming my check‑in time, but when I arrived and called, I was told, “Unfortunately, there are no available rooms; please look elsewhere.” Perhaps there were circumstances, but I should have been informed—this is the worst experience I’ve had in Vietnam.

I cancelled the accommodation upon arrival. No further details.

I was close to the city center, but the bathroom was tiny and the toilet was hard to turn; the room itself was just average.

The Wi‑Fi was strong, but the place was dirty and the wardrobe had mold.
