How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is close to Hi-Tech City, located in a dense residential area, the staff is friendly, rooms were clean, and we’ve been staying here every year for the EXPO in Hi-Tech City for the past three years.

A good spot to stay, and it’s very close to the US VAC center.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, but it was marred by a series of frustrating incidents. I booked an extra day to get my clothes ironed, but the hotel took 24 hours to even start the process, and when I picked up my clothes, they hadn't been ironed at all. To make matters worse, I was charged for laundry and ironing services that I had to do myself. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. The room was much smaller than I had expected, and I was also disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the price, despite what I had been led to believe. Considering I paid almost 3,000 dollars per day for 7 days, I felt that the experience was not worth the cost.
