The place is in a good spot with plenty of spots for lunch, coffee, and cocktails. From the moment I first contacted the host, everything was awful. I booked a balcony room but got a ground‑floor one instead. At 8 am a pick‑hammer was pounding right outside, just a meter away, because of construction. I sent videos of the noise to the host but never received an apology for the inconvenience. I truly feel it was a scam and regret every cent I paid. The foreigners were not welcomed well. I would not recommend this place at all!

“Overall, I would book this place again”

Right in the heart of Olbia, just one street over from the main street, yet still very quiet and not noisy at night. The bed was very comfortable and featured a cool lighting element on the frame, and there was plenty of space for two people. The downside is that there is no door separating the washroom from the toilet, which could be an issue for those who prefer more privacy.

“Get central starting point.”

Located right inside the car‑free zone, close to bars, shops, and restaurants. It was somewhat difficult to get a taxi driver to take us there because they didn’t want to enter the car‑free zone; we offered to walk any distance just to get close. We also experienced some construction noise early in the morning.

Lokalizacja , otwartość personeli. późny check in od 17 vs check out o 10.30 . Myślę że to jest punkt który pozna śmiało zmienić / aby te godziny były troszeczkę bliższe sobie - oczywiście z czasem na posprzątanie itp
