Everything I needed was there, though a few things might be a bit dated; the location and the friendliness were excellent.

The location is spot‑on, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke Italian, which made everything easy and comfortable.

“Schönes, älteres Hotel in wunderbarer Lage”

The building is a bit old and winding, but it has its own charm, and the restaurant staff were really nice. Dogs are handled without any fuss, and being right next to the mountain railway is a huge plus. The flip side is that the place needs a lot of renovation and seems to count almost entirely on the winter season, making it hard to see a solid return on investment.
