“Schlecht”
The location was good, otherwise nothing. For 500 € for two nights in the Hammam Suite we were extremely disappointed: no hot water in the bathroom, a broken window, a socket under the bed, the Hammam and steam bath didn’t work, nor did the air‑conditioner. There was no TV, the hair dryer emitted an unpleasant smell, and the suite generally smelled bad. With the window open it was also extremely loud, making it impossible to get enough quiet. Because of these major shortcomings we find the price unreasonable and request a partial refund. Photos are available as proof.
