The place sits on the edge of Syracuse, a 30‑minute walk to the old town. The apartment is new, comes with a balcony, and there are parking spaces right in front of the building. Breakfast is excellent. Luana was courteous and offered useful tips for exploring Syracuse. We’ll definitely return. Nothing to complain about.

The owner was lovely and gave us recommendations for sights and meals. Parking is super easy, right in front. Thank you so much! The only thing that felt a bit awkward was driving to Ortigia.

Parking is good, breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. The room is spacious with a bonus balcony. The surrounding area isn’t great but not bad either – just very local 😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, with a new homemade cake added each day as a bonus. The rooms are well equipped. The location is superb; everything is within walking distance. We felt completely comfortable. Everything was very good.
