The location is good, but the room was filthy—cigarette butts were in the ashtray on the verandah and I never saw any amenities. Food from previous guests was hidden under the bed.

Arriving, I found the property in a peaceful setting and everything tidy and well arranged. The room was lovely, clean, and thoughtfully detailed, making my stay enjoyable; I'd return if I ever visit Gladstone. I couldn't find any faults.

The view was good, but the overflowing bins right by the entrance steps were disgusting and the sewerage smell was awful. We couldn't use the outside pool area or the pool room all weekend. Our neighbors downstairs and next door were partying into the morning, and the walls were very thin. The stairwell was hard to navigate with bags. Our bed had a massive dip on one side, feeling like you could fall out. A huge lip on the verandah door made us trip every time we went out onto the verandah.
