How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is a few minutes from the airport. The rooms have no windows, the staff could not communicate in any way, and there was a huge amount of noise at night in the hallways. The photos do not match reality – it’s terrible!

The distance to the airport was fine. However, everything could be heard on the street, guests entering, and that was when there were barely any other guests in the hotel – I can’t imagine how it would be if it were full. The shower had no hot water; after a long wait it came out “lukewarm.” The bathroom didn’t smell good. It was very expensive for what it offers. In the area there are better options with a much better price‑quality ratio.

The location was convenient for a one‑night stay before heading to the airport, but otherwise I’d look elsewhere. The staff were unhelpful, the TV didn’t work and I had to fix it myself because the staff couldn’t, the beds were hard, and the “spa bath” was cold.

The only thing that was close to the airport. I ordered a room service with a jacuzzi and it was terrible: the water was icy, and when we tried to turn it on, sewage‑like water that smelled rotten poured out—absolutely disgusting. I told the receptionist about the awful experience, but there was no discount on the room for such bad service.

The hot water works and the front desk lady is nice and helpful. However, the sanity is really bad, and it is super noisy all night. You can literally hear everything, people come in and out the whole night, even slamming the doors.
