“Stayed for about 3/4 hours and then left”

Air conditioning didn’t work even after paying a lot of money solely for AC. When I spoke to the staff, they came, inspected, were rude, and said nothing was wrong, yet the room was warmer than outside. No partial refund was offered even though I checked out the same day. I also received a checkout email the day before I was actually due to leave, so I’m sure they altered the reservation to reopen the room and make more money. The location wasn’t great.
