“Piacevole e in posizione ottimale per visitare il Salento”
The location on the square is very quiet and central, and parking is always available just a 3‑minute walk away, even during the Ferragosto week. The bathroom facilities weren't particularly clean, with mold and peeling walls inside the room we stayed in.
Everything was really nice, the place, the location, and the staff were incredibly kind.
I loved everything about the stay.
“L’hôtel est bien placé mais mérite d’être rénové”
The hotel is charming and well‑situated, just a 5‑minute walk from the city centre, and it’s quiet. You can park your car for free a few minutes from the Palazzo. Unfortunately, our duplex room, which looked very charming on the booking photos, really needed urgent renovation… The shower walls are severely degraded, the room walls are crumbling with significant damp stains 😕 and yet I don’t feel like I booked a budget hotel 👎🏻 There’s no coffee maker or kettle in the room, just one table but only one chair (room for 2‑3 people), and two poor hangers as a wardrobe. The staff are very friendly, but we were left in the same room for all 4 nights… The rooftop terrace bar is closed and the jacuzzi is available only by reservation at €40 per person 🤔 It’s a shame because the place could have everything to please (on paper it seemed great, especially for a 4‑night stay).
