The place was in a perfect spot in the city centre! We loved it so much it gave us a great insight into the city, and we’re even thinking about moving here! The only downside was having to leave a beautiful city and a wonderful hotel.

The room size was wonderful for two adults and two kids. The pull‑out couch turned into two beds and an extra bed was great. It was dirty and dusty, with a carpet that had several spots, and the walls and curtains had marks from previous guests. The TV didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed or replaced. Breakfast was decent but not as extraordinary as advertised on the website, except for the promised pancake machine.

The location was very good, but from the moment we arrived we got no instructions on how to reach our room. The building has two elevators—one for the front area and one for the back—yet to get to the back one you have to walk through an entire floor full of rooms with no signs or arrows. We wandered for about 10 minutes before going back to reception for help. The only answer was “behind the first elevator.” The receptionist seemed too tired or unhelpful to escort us. Only after I insisted did he finally show us the elevator. The room itself was large and spacious but unfortunately very dirty. The pillows were a major letdown, looking like small piles of feathers, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Beyond the room size and the building, the lack of availability and friendliness from the staff had the biggest impact on our experience. When you arrive at a hotel, especially after a trip, a little welcome, kindness, and assistance truly makes a difference.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was only stocked with the cheapest items early on. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Having stayed here several times before, we noticed a significant drop in quality compared to the previous owner. It started with the unfriendly reception staff, and we’ve heard other guests mention the same issue. It’s really disappointing.
