“Great location but.....”

The staff were great. The hotel needs an upgrade to look nice and clean, but its age is obvious. The bathroom lacks safety grab bars, and the dry towels are placed in the tub area. The water diverter didn’t work well; half the water still came out of the spout. Because our room was opposite ours, we could hear the shower and toilet in the other room. The vanity area is locked with the small kitchen, and the drain emptied slowly. The location is good. The vending machine in the living‑room area was very expensive.

“For what they charge, especially on the weekends, this property was disappointing.”

The room was a decent size, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was fine. The sink area was spacious with good storage underneath. The laundry room had quality machines that were kept clean. The hot tub was strong and enjoyable. On the downside, one front‑desk employee was curt and unpleasant. The carpet in the room was filthy; when I tried to wipe up spilled water, the cloth I used was almost black from the dirt. The elevator was jerky and seemed in need of major maintenance. Lighting was mismatched everywhere—different color‑temperature bulbs in the bathroom/shower, bedroom, and vanity area made it feel jarring.

“Property was run down on the outside. Room was great. Front desk staff interaction wasn’t the greate”

Breakfast came from vending machines, which I didn’t like. The front‑desk staff acted like they hated their job, had no personality, and both wore masks, which I found utterly ridiculous.

“Perfectly happy about my stay”

The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Free parking was available.

Crean and comfy beds. Outside was drunk people and smokers all around in the parking lot and on the outside hallway.smell really bad
