Exceptional quiet, right in nature, clean, food excellent, breakfast sufficient, the staff were helpful and smiling, especially the waitress with glasses and rusty hair who was incredibly helpful beyond the usual service. Nothing to add.

A lovely, quiet spot surrounded by various animals that attract a lot of kids’ attention. The staff are polite and helpful, offering a welcome drink, and you can use the pool, though other spa services cost extra. There were just a few missing signs for registration, parking, etc., but the staff kindly assisted, and a parking fee is required; when arriving for the first time it was unclear where to pay or whether it was even needed. The room was tidy, with towels and hand soap provided, though the water pressure was weak. The neighbors were very audible, perhaps because we were up early from loud music. The room had a fridge, kettle, and a nearby restaurant served tasty food.

The accommodation was great – clean, comfortable, cozy, and in a beautiful location. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were so kind, helpful, welcoming, and warm that we had never experienced such an approach elsewhere. From the first moment we felt welcomed and everything was taken care of perfectly. It’s clear they enjoy their work and care about guests.
