The waitstaff were very friendly, but the reception staff were terrible. The rooms were too shabby, looking like a budget hotel, and the in‑room pools were dirty and poorly maintained.

Overall, the accommodation works fine, the food is good in most restaurants, and the pools and facilities are decent, yet it’s a shame that a 5‑star hotel charges extra for room service, the staff feels like a 3‑star hotel, and when I spoke to the animators they admitted that the restaurant and bar staff treat you differently because you’re not a foreigner; in my room the cleaning never did a proper job, sand was always present, and I never got to the beach.
