How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spotless and towels changed daily, the breakfast was solid, and the place was close to the spots we needed, plus we could see the Empire State Building. The downside was that the room stayed a bit hot, probably a faulty AC, and even after calling reception on day one the temperature didn’t improve throughout our stay.

The location was perfect for everything on our list and the train access was easy and uncrowded. We had plenty of quick food options nearby, and CVS and major stores were within walking distance.

I loved the location and the comfortable beds, and the gym was a nice bonus; having a water‑refill service was also handy, and I praised the housekeeper who cleaned our room daily. The breakfast team added a human touch, especially Jeffrey, who never missed a smile during the nine mornings we were there, and I also want to thank Cristal and Felipe for making the stay feel homely. On the downside, the public areas were cramped and uncomfortable, the breakfast selection was limited, and the front‑desk staff were distant and unfriendly, giving brief answers and then disappearing; they never made eye contact even when they were idle, which I found unacceptable after 15 years as a hotel manager.

The location was fantastic—right next to Bryant Park and a 10‑minute walk to Times Square—and the room was very sound‑proof with an Empire‑state view, a spacious bathroom, fridge and microwave, plus a generous breakfast offering both sweet and savory items. However, the room lacked storage space; the wardrobe was tiny and even held an ironing board, so with four of us we had to keep most of our belongings in our suitcases, which was a bit chaotic.
