The hotel is fantastic; the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. It feels like a dream, truly transporting you, and once you step into the rooms you’re met with spectacular comfort—an entirely different world. I’m thrilled to have stayed there!

The spot couldn't be better – right in the middle of everything – and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful the whole time.

The crew was on the ball, always ready to help, which made the stay pleasant. The only thing that would have helped was a tiny fridge in the room for a few drinks.

Service was solid; everything ran smoothly and the staff seemed to know what they were doing.

The hotel’s location was a big win – just a short walk to everything, with a river view right outside and a quiet vibe that helped me sleep well on the comfy beds. Staff were super attentive, respectful and always courteous, and there’s a parking lot a couple of blocks away. The only downside was the lack of on‑site vending for water or snacks, but with shops nearby it wasn’t a huge problem.
