We loved the hotel and room a lot; the room was so large and stylish that I thought we’d been given the wrong one. The bed was very comfortable and great for stretching out. The staff were lovely and happy to answer questions. I suggest checking the special extras; we were able to request a bottle of cava and treats in the room at the last minute to celebrate our engagement. The food was very enjoyable, and breakfast was our favorite. The water pressure in the bath was a bit low, so it took a while to get a shower, but that wasn’t a huge issue—just me being picky.

Everything was great, but we noticed cleaning inconsistencies: the shower and toilets lacked hygiene, sometimes garbage wasn’t taken out, they didn’t replace towels, and in the hallway near the entrance we reported water on the floor from a leak in the ceiling; they put towels and buckets there but didn’t remove them for three days.
