The location and rooms were fine. However, they collect payments into an individual owner’s bank account, lack a business current account, and are not GST registered, yet they still charge and claim GST from customers.

The location was good. Unfortunately, there was no parking, no lift service, and the payment taken exceeded the invoice by an amount that included GST. The extra money should be unlisted and refunded.
