How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was good. The hotel has stairs all the way to the elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. The room was much smaller than average, and the air conditioning didn’t blow cold air. It was also very noisy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing.

The transport is convenient, located on Gaya Street. The twin‑bedroom was very small and cramped for two people. The sheets had stains. The room faced the street, so motorcycles were noisy at night and really disturbed sleep. A 100 MYR deposit is required at check‑in, something I hadn’t encountered before.

The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk to Gaya Street. Finding a parking space is very hard.

I arrived a bit late, but it was still within check‑in hours; however, the front desk was empty, and there was no bell or any way to summon someone, so I had to wait a long time.
