Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was nice, but a kettle or hot water urn to make tea would have helped the staff deal with other things? See the tea urn/hot water to help the breakfast staff?

The staff were very friendly and helpful—that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. The room was extremely poor. It was advertised as "no window" but the picture showed what looked like a patio door. It was not; it led to a staircase to the back of the property. I had it open while I was in the room as it was the only way to get air. A man walked in claiming he thought it was his room—there were no other rooms with a staircase. It was extremely hot and stuffy at night— it was not safe to have the door open. There were also no sheers or lace curtains, so you cannot have the curtains open all day, as neighbors can look in. Very dark. The room itself was poorly maintained. Dirty walls, mould in the bathroom, too small to open a suitcase on the floor, general state of disrepair.
