The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the food tastes great. The standard room on the 4th floor was smaller than I expected, with the bed taking up almost the entire space and no chair or pouf, just one bedside table. There was no mini fridge in that category, and the small window made the room a bit dark. I also found the pillows uncomfortable, and the neighbors were noisy until late at night.

The spot is convenient, the staff are quite welcoming, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable enough that my back and neck don’t hurt. The rooms weren’t very clean; there were spider webs in some places, stray hair, and a smell that lingered unless the windows were opened. There’s no fridge in the room, which is inconvenient in summer when I’d like to keep fruit and other snacks. There are no toiletries provided, and the lack of a soap dispenser makes it feel more like a short‑term stay than a resort.

The staff are excellent and everything else is fine. The only downside is that there’s no elevator.
