“Horrible”
The location and Wi‑Fi were fine. The mattress was uncomfortable, the hardwood floors were dirty, the shower was cold, the price was higher than advertised, I couldn’t sleep all night because the adjacent room sounded like it was right next to me, and the staff were very unfriendly.
Me cambiaron las toallas y tendían la cama casi todos los días, solo el domingo no fue así; el personal nocturno hace mucho ruido hablando y golpeando, limpiando otros dormitorios, sin darse cuenta de que en la habitación de al lado hay huéspedes descansando, y el colchón ya está viejo, necesita reemplazo.
El recepcionista mostró disposición para atenderme fuera de horario, pero la cama tiene acolchado muy fino, nada más.
