The bed was good. I booked for the wrong date, didn't get a refund, and they said I could cancel and use the correct date, but no! I called the booking, and all I heard was a Dutch automated voice. You guys are crap. It got expensive! I had to pay again, and you collected the room payment the following week. Sneaky. I won't use you again!

Excellent. Lots to choose from. The toilet seat could have been cleaner; the bottom was covered in grime, which looked unpleasant.

Very nice bathroom, beautiful view, good breakfast, pleasant atmosphere. Nice to get a cable car ticket. The room was a bit cramped.

Nice rooms. Coffee, tea, and cocoa in the room, we liked that a lot! Very friendly staff. Simple. Unfortunately, the third bed for our daughter wasn't ready, but they quickly provided bedding.
