The place is in a convenient spot, but the room was super furry, the floor was rough, and the blankets were uncomfortable.

The reception was super helpful, everything was explained clearly and they asked to be sure; it was simple and efficient, the sheets smelled nice, I just wish I could leave later (14 h) like the check‑in time, but I understand the rooms can’t be cleaned if guests arrive at 14 h; getting to the Zénith is great because we cross the road, it’s awesome, we came from Saint‑Vaast‑l’Hougue and used a private parking; I recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, though it cost 14 euros and lacked a bit of variety and warmth; the coffee was good and the pancakes tasty. The location is a 5‑minute walk from the Zénith, perfect for a single night. However, a strong sewage odor filled the bathroom, the walls had stains that needed cleaning, and the door was hard to open.

I was looking forward to a simple stay, but because of a show at the Zénith and the camping fair, the hotel parking was full and I couldn't find a spot.

The welcome was friendly, the parking behind a gate is monitored, the rooms are spacious, and a tip is to ask for a first‑floor room so you can ventilate calmly and avoid being at the same level as cars parked outside; cycling straight ahead takes you right into the city center; we were satisfied, we didn’t use the breakfast, and a Lidl is just a few meters away; everything was fine, but it would be great if each room had two chairs instead of none or just one.
