“Unprofessional Staff”

The staff were very unprofessional. During breakfast, the staff would sit down and eat together with the hotel guests, which I found very unusual. Even worse, they would help themselves to the breakfast food right in front of the guests, sometimes leaving very little or almost nothing behind. They would all sit together at the large breakfast table among the hotel guests, talking loudly, showing little consideration for the people around them, and spending a lot of time on their phones. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, but I have never experienced anything like this before. It felt highly unprofessional and made the breakfast experience very unpleasant
