Guests receive complimentary Wi‑Fi, tea‑and‑coffee maker, electric kettle and full kitchenware, plus a wardrobe and private check‑in/out service. Breakfast is served in‑room. Centrally located, it lies a 6‑minute walk from Sneek Station and Waterpoort, with nearby boating, IJlst Station, Houtzaagmolen de Rat and Museum Joure.

The apartment looked beautiful and the host was friendly, but the sleeping area was fine; however, the bakery across the street caused a disaster 🙈😳 we stayed up all night due to noisy young people—lots of noise and mess! It was really a shame for this B&B and all the residents here 😡

The room was spacious and the location great, but the mattress was firm and the steep entry staircase demanded maximum concentration.

It’s well‑situated in the city center, close to restaurants and cozy bars. The room is large, bright, and comes with a kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The décor is pleasant, the bed is comfortable, and the large TV is swivel‑able so you can watch from bed or any other spot in the room. The shower area is good. They brought a bag of fresh sandwiches, plenty of toppings, and fresh coffee and tea for a tasty breakfast. We find this a good accommodation. Almost a ten, but the steep staircase is a slight challenge with luggage.
